How do I pay for borrowing?
You can pay for borrowing online or in-person via a debit or credit card, or pay by cash in-person at one of our locations when you come to collect your Thing(s).
When do I pay for my borrow?
You can choose whether you prefer to be charged for your borrow when you make a reservation online, or in-person when you come to collect.
If you cancel your reservation before 9am the day before your collection date, you'll receive a full refund.
If you cancel your reservation after 9am the day before your collection date the payment will stand and you will not receive a refund, as per our policy.
We currently accept cash, Visa, Mastercard and American Express. We also can't accept payments from prepaid cards.
Who is your payment processor?
We use a payment processing provider called Stripe. Stripe is a PCI Service Provider Level 1, which is the highest grade of payment processing security.

Can I delete the card saved to my borrowing account?
Your card isn't currently saved to your account, so this doesn't apply for now!
